Dr Bernard Roelen leads the Cel Biological and Reproduction laboratory at Utrecht University and is one of the world’s leading developers of In Vitro Meat.

Professor Mark Lewis is Professor of Musculoskeletal Biology at Loughborough University, an expert on the design and development of in vitro systems that are as much “like” the actual tissue as possible.

Dr Neil Stephens of ESRC Cesagen at Cardiff University will be discussing social issues around tissue engineering meat.
