Javier Lezaun is James Martin Lecturer in Science and Technology Governance and a Fellow at Kellogg College.
Javier's work focuses on the legal, political and social dimensions of techno-scientific change, particularly in the life sciences and biomedicine. He has written on the governance of genetically modified organisms (plants, animals and humans), and on bioethics and intellectual property rights in relation to biotechnological innovation.
